Summer reading round up!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our summer reading program Tails and Tales 2021 at the Bridgewater Public Library.  We had a lot of fun this summer with take and make crafts, Virtual Princess Story Times, Virtual PJ Story Times, Henry the Juggler, Art with Corinne and Story Time with Mrs. Davis in Music Alley.  It was great to see so many people here getting their library books!

We had 114 people participate in our Summer Reading Program, which ran from June 21, 2021 to August 16, 2021. In that time, we read over 723.7 hours.  WOW!

We also gave away some great prizes this year.  Thank you to Altitude Trampoline Park in Avon, Yankee Candle in Deerfield, Eric Carle Museum, National Basketball Hall of Fame and USS Constitution for providing us with passes.  We also had a drawing for a gift card for the Lego Store, multiple gift cards for Game Stop, Just Claying Around and many gift baskets full of books.

We are reaching out to the all winners via email this afternoon about collecting their prize.  Beanstack participants, please make sure that bwpl@sailsinc.org is not blocked or going to spam- you may be a winner!

Thank you for a great summer and see you all next year for Summer Reading 2022 “Read Beyond the Beaten Path”.
