The Friends of the Bridgewater Public Library have begun the annual membership drive for the coming fiscal year.  We hope that you will consider becoming a Friend of the Bridgewater Public Library.  Your dues will be used for books and materials; magazine and newspaper subscription renewals; CDs, DVDs, books on tape; and library supplies. 

In the current economy, your public library is more important than ever.  Rather than renting movies or buying books, borrow them from the library’s extensive collection which continues to grow.  Cancel your expensive magazine and newspaper subscriptions and read them at the library.  Instead of purchasing costly computer upgrades or software, use the eight new computers, courtesy of the Friends of the Bridgewater Public Library and a generous grant from Bridgewater Savings Bank.  (Pssst!  Free Wi-Fi is now available throughout the library thanks to the Friends, Charlie’s Computers, and William Burden).
